*Must e-mail info@shopbabyten.com and under Subject must read: RA REQUEST plus your invoice number. Please include on the body of the e-mail a detailed reason for the return and a contact number. After we receive your request for an RA number we will reply within 48-72 hrs.
*You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless authorized by baby ten. Please consider insurance since we are not liable for lost or damaged items returned to our facility.
*Every return must include RA on outside of package. No returns will be accepted without RA#.*Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
*Children's and Kid's furniture are subject to a nominal manufacture's restocking fee if returned.
*Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition with all tags attached. Store Credit will be issued in all returns unless requested in your Return Authorization.
*Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.
*If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
**** Drop Ship items such as baby bedding can only be returned for a store credit due to vendor policy. The store credit will not expire and can be used as a gift card to our store..
Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Texas address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state unless stated according to manufacturers drop ship policy.
